| All invoices are considered late AFTER the DUE DATE on the invoice. A $75.00 late fee will be assessed on unpaid invoices after the due date. We do accept credit cards, payment is to be made in US DOLLARS – VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. |

| Shipping & Handling |

| All products will be shipped by UPS. Overnight shipments will be handled by FED-X or UPS. At clients request, other major forwarders may be used. Shipping and handling fees will be itemized on the invoice. |

| Warranty |
|
|
| All products warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. All products are fully functional and tested prior to shipping. Warranty doesn't include failures due to misuse of the product. |
